Pictures, Pictures,Pictures
Hello!! These are just a few pics I have taken at different times since I have left. Just click on the album and open it up. I'll try and add more later but it takes FOREVER and forever costs a lot of money:) So for now enjoy what's posted. I had a great time at second site visit. The guy I am replacing was awesome and really fixed the place up. He is leaving me a lot of furniture and stuff so I am really excited. He took me around and introduced me to a lot of people which was great. I biked 7 hours to get up to my site!!! Him and Joe usually do it in 4? They are obviously a lot better bikers than me!! On the way back I took public transport. Me and 15 other Zambians and regina's bike in the back of a small pickup truck! It was crazy fun, bumpy, wet, and rainy. I loved it!! It took about 2 hours. So those are my transport options from Mwinilunga to Ikelenge!!! I'm not sure which I will be doing the most but it is a BEAUTIFUL trip by bike or back of truck. You go up and down beautiful hills, over running rapids, and across beautiful plains where you would think to see gazilles jumping up and down! It was amazing!! Anyways, enjoy all of the pics. I hope they post okay and I will try and do more later! Love ya'll victoria
I think you can click on pictures pictures pictures to get to the pictures:)

DEAR vICTORIA,
The pictures came out great. The best thing about getting up and having to go to work early is the possibility of getting a message from you. Makes for a great start to a long day. You will have to explain the outfit the man with you has on, I did not understand what he was doing. I made a few copies of them real quick to take to work, the carriers around me like to hear about your African adventures. Bicycling and bug eating make for great stories. What a great adventure you are having.

Your trip to Ikelenge was a great National Geographic story or at least one we will all be talking about here for awhile. For safety sake I hope you don't have to finish anymore long distances trips in the dark. Do you get any kind of light for your bike? Your new house sounds neat. The bathing hut will really have you in High Society won't it. Imagine how nice a stone floor will be.
I can hardly wait to come see you. The local transport will prove to be cultural expereince . I do remember riding in the back of a pickup in Checotah and having a branch slap me in the face. Keeps your eyes open for that. Take pictures of your swearing in ceremony. You looked great in the sarong. Did you have one made for swearing in? Have a HAPPY BIRTHDAY WEEK!!!! I love you. Mom
I was unable to access your pictures from the link. If any of your readers of the blog will e-mail me I will be glad to send you a copy her latest pictures. Victoria's new address is:

Happy 24th Birthday buddy!! The timing of your birthday is really pretty perfect! Just think, one last reason to celebrate and have a party with your new friends before you all get sworn in and shipped out, right?!! I hope ya'll do something super fun! Just be cautious about any "fear factor" type cakes - if somethings moving in the frosting, it's probably not a chocolate chip!! ha, ha!! I love you friend! Know that we are celebrating you here in the good ole' USA! Caroline and I have devoted our entire Funday Friday to you, so it should be
G-R-8!!! Enjoy your day, and thanks for posting that great bike story - the TeamKIDs loved hearing about your biking adventures!! I love you and Happy Birthday!
